This the wrong place to move, if you're looking for a quiet,safe,well maintained place to live. I lived there for two of the worst years of apartment living. They falsey advirtise. They will promise you everything and give you nothing. I lived at the Water's Edge complex. The common areas are not well kept. There are only two elevators that are constantly out of order. There is no separate elevator for moving in or out. If you are fortunate you may have two A.C's and they are normally broken and not very well installed. There is steam heat that you can't control and believe me you will be very cold in the winter months. Don't be fooled by the appearance from Lakeshore Blvd. I could not wait until I was able to relocate. TAKE MY WORDS and STAY AWAY !!!!
