I've been living here (Water's Edge) since Dec. 2005 and the initial process showed me that it will be a decision that I would regret. My husband and I signed a lease to move into a 3bdrm in Harbor Crest, the next building in the complex - which was bigger than were we are now. Two days prior to us moving in we were told that the tenants decided not to move out!!!!!!!!!!!! All said they were able to give us was $15 off the rent per month! Meanwhile, if we wanted to move somewhere else they had a deposit from us and our landlords at the house we were renting were moving out of state and was selling the house. So we had to move into Waters Edge which is pretty small, they have your heat controlled to about 72 degrees and it is freezing where we are, the windows aren't energy effecient at all so I really wouldn't recommend with small children or if you have any type of sickness. You have to call security to get into a storage unit in the basement - which is a whole other story - Parking'(example)There's a million people here with about nine hundred thousand parking spaces. Now we're pretty much stuck in a lease that we didn't even sign up for, not to mention the other issues. When our lease is over we will be the first people out of here!
