Some idiot smoking on the stairs sets off the fire alarm with frequency -- at least once or twice a week, usually when you're trying to sleep.

Also, there are some roaches that get in through the heating system, so plug up the wall where the radiator goes in and out or you'll have some guests.

Paid parking is okay, but the free parking fills up fast at night, usually with non-residents (management doesn't seem to be able to resolve this).

Kids sometimes get out of control in the lobby (teenagers -- gack).

Somebody keeps stealing the weight pins from the exercise room.

If you're looking to move into one of the towers, maybe think about one of the others on the road.

Despite all this, still a reasonably comfortable place. Just not quite as nice as some other buildings. Maybe stay here if you can get a break on the rent'
