Overall - you get what you pay for. This place is pretty cheap and just a stone throw from 90 and 15-20 minutes from downtown. Great place at a reasonable price for graduate students and young residents on a miserable salary.

This is Euclid, not Beachwood, so there are noise problems at night (people yelling at each other in the parking lot at 4am), teens clogging up the lobby, lazy people parked illegally in the parking lot, and the occasional fire alarm. The windows are terrible - they shake all the time unless you call maintenance and have them "weather-proof" them by basically gluing them shut. Of course, this does cause a problem when the industrial dryer in the basement catches on fire and fills the entire building with smoke, forcing you to try and open up a glued window. Parking is a pain. I have an assigned spot in the garage that is nowhere close to my building. I have asked a million times to move to a closer spot but they keep telling me that no spots are available. None available' I would doubt it half of the paid spots are taken. Who keeps up the books over there' Outside parking in a nightmare at night. If you move in, pay for a spot underneath.

Complaints aside, my apartment is very nice with a spectacular view of the lake. For the past year I have pretty much looked at my apartment as an oasis in a desert...once I get inside my door I love it!
