I recently moved to a different apt. within Harbor Crest & I feel that I owe a debt of gratitude to the outstanding office, maintenance & housekeeping staff members employed here. Under the best of situations, any move is stressful & demanding, but the K&D employees that I dealt with were all professional, courteous, & respectful toward me. But, that shouldn't be a surprise to any resident here: the staff that is here to serve us, does. Day-in-and-day-out. Whether individually or as a team, their work gets done efficiently & I'm sure most times, with far more respectfulness than is extended to them on any given work-day. So, for every time that you may have abruptly phoned the office staff to impatiently vent your complaints, or have harshly taken out your concerns on an unsuspecting maintenance worker or housekeeper, see if you can match it with a time that you might have gone out of your way to thank any one of them, for all that they provide you, much of which is taken for granted, day to day. Or, is it just easier to complain'
