This is by far the worst apartment building in Euclid. This place is making tons of money for other projects under the K & D umbrella. They raised the rent in March due to a new law passed dealing with energy costs. I spent the entire winter in an apartment that had heat sometimes and partial heat at other times. They fixed the heat at the end of March and now the heat is working. It will be 90 degrees outside in a few. THANKS K & D. The facilities manager told me on Saturday that she could not get anyone in to fix heat until Monday morning. Absoulutely no heat at all. I asked her would she stay in an apartmant for a weekend with no heat. Let's get someone out now. They eventually fixed it, but at what cost. I really believe they want the building empty in order to build condos. The building is really a dump. Thank god I signed a 6 month lease. The only people that have anything positive to say are the people that are in the building sleeping. They work 2 or 3 jobs and are saving money fo ra house, or going to school. This is not much different from living in a dorm. Crazy azz neighbors and all.
