This place should be called Horrible Town, When I first moved here my rent was $395.00 ( I didnt know i was getting in on a special) when it came time for my lease renewal they raised my rent to $430.00 I told them i couldnt afford that and they took it to $415.00 (wow) I still had to pay $10.00 for utililities ( which was not what I was paying in the beginning) So as you know all this was a shock to me when they sent me a letter saying my rent was going up (AND I LIVED IN An EFFECIENCY. They go up on the rent EVERY YEAR without fail regardless if you can afford it or not... the kids run up and down the hallways at ALL HOURS and the managers trick you out of your money. thier old property manager quit and he/she messed up the money, SO THEY MADE US PAY THE BACK FEES, IT WAS A MESS, MESS, MESS, whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! YOU CAN DO BETTER! I'm shocked at Euclid and throughly disappointed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS BUILDING. The ONLY thing and I do mean the ONLY thing I enjoyed about this place was the PARKING.
