This place is like living down off Union or Kisman somewhere. The lobbies are very nasty and so are the hallways. It always smells like old food and urine. Far as my apartment goes I was suckered into leasing after i saw the beautiful model, when i finally saw where my money went I was horrified. The kitchen was dark and smelled really weird. The carpet was extremely flat and worn down. The bathrooms are not worth the 750.00 that i pay every month. When you look up at the ceilings you can see water damages that were never fixed. The windows on the place are so old and need to be replaced. I havent seen how the winters or summers are yet but I have heard all the horror stories about the frozen windows that shake and rattle like a train is coming right through your living room. In the summer i hear the spiders basically take over the balconies along with all the birds the leave friendly reminders that they where there. The management is very terrible. Some of the so-called maintenence workers that they employ i knew long time and never knew that could fix anything. Theres never anywhere to park, the elevators are always out of order, or you could get on if you want and chance getting stuck inside. Once while walking down the hallway I came face to face with a cockroach on the wall. If you have kids this is a very unsafe, and unhealthly community. The balconies might come down anytime like they did some years ago. If you can, take your time and look around for something nice that you can really call home without any regrets. Cause if you move here you will defintely hate it everyday when you wake up and look around your apartment. You'll be in hell.
