I have lived at Harbor Crest for three years. I have never had a problem with any neighbors bothering me inside or outside of the complex. My only complaints would be the elevators, the dryers in the laundry room, and heat in the winter. I have a beautiful view of the lake. They have several family oriented events that they hold on site that seem very popular. The actual apartments are very roomy. I read some of the other reviews and they do not have roach problems at all. As far as safety I am a single female and I feel very safe here I work all hours and sometimes come home at 2 or 3 in the morning. I have never in three years had any incidents. As far as cleanliness goes. THey have a cleaning staff here everyday but hundreds of people live in each building. Not all of them are respectful of the property, the hallways are not garbage cans. You can't control every ignorant person that lives in the building. I feel they do a great job under the circumstances.
