I APPLIED FOR AN APARTMENT HERE AND GAVE MY $100. DEPOSIT/ APPLICATION FEE. AFTER BEING APPROVED, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE TWO TO THREE WEEKS TO PREPARE THE APARTMENT FOR MOVE-IN. SIX WEEKS LATER, I WAS TOLD THAT THE NEW CARPET HAD BEEN ORDERED AND THE APARTMENT WOULD NOT BE READY FOR AT LEAST ANOTHER WEEK.... 9 WEEKS LATER, WHEN I ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK. I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE YET TO MOVE INTO THE APARTMENT. I GUESS IT IS STILL NOT READY!!!! RICHMOND HILLS MANAGER (FRED COPE) IN A VERY RUDE MANNER, REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY, AS WELL AS, REFUSED TO GIVE HIS SUPERIOR'S NAME(S). SO, I AM FORCED TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO AN ATTORNEY TO RETRIEVE MY DEPOSIT. Richmond Hills Apt is Euclids projects. CRACK PEOPLE are in and out of the bldg at all hours their is NO security. Only one elevator works and its been that way for years but they dont tell new renters that, so its HELL moving in when the unruly kids are playin in the elevator. The cheap washers are outdated so you pay $1.50 to wash and dry and the clothes are still dirty. Piss in stairwells and they NEVER mop the steps; owners are the same folk who own Indian Hills where they turn off the heat when they feel like it. In the summer you see the GANGS out in full colors SCRAPPIN in the parking lots in droves of 30-40 young boys and girls...Euclid police rides through, every now and then but NOT enough. Lots of empty apts, you have to pay to watch TV because there is NO antenna hook-up ( they don't tell you that either)I'd say take your money and go somewhere else!! these people ( owners) are scum!
