I love living at the Riviera! It's a great location - right on the lake, close to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Cleveland. The building is well maintained by the maintenance staff. They are always quick to respond whenever needed. The staff in the leasing office is always helpful and available for questions or concerns. My fellow residents are very friendly. The apartments have new carpet and appliances, and there's plenty of storage. I would recommend living here.
