I have been here for the last year and would recommend this apartment for others looking for a place to stay. I am leaving to move in with my boyfriend, but probably would have stayed longer if single. The only thing I could say bad about it is when you try to enter or exit the lot, the way it is set up for drivers on lakeshore does not allow you to see the traffic light, so when you are trying to enter the complex, everyone just stares at you. You have no clue that the light directly above you has turned red and you need to go! before oncoming traffic turns right into you. That should have been thought of before placing the entrance/exit there.
The managers are extremely friendly and the maintenance is prompt and courteous. Although I had a pot broken by a maintanence man when fixing my blinds and he has yet to replace it (his wife has "hundreds").
