I does not appear that residents are screened properly anymore.
Cars with really loud music come and go in parking lot late at night.
People use the picnic area and just leave their trash on the ground.
You can get high on your balcony from the pot smell wafting about.

I just moved to the Riviera and i love it i dnt have any problem with noise most of the people here are older so you dont have kids running around and the leasing office is open late and 7days a week so you dnt have to worry about just anybody walking in and there are camras everywere its great
