Needs better manegment

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
Washers and dryers are old and not energy or water efficient. Instead of showing some environmental consciousness, they just raise the price, and the rent. There is NO recycling.

Lease is very restrictive and current manger nitpicks about everything on it. Basically, EVERYTHING is a violation of the lease.
