#1 Apartment My roommate and I moved into Richmond Hills about 9 months ago and so far my experience has been very pleasant.
The place we lived at b4 was not suitable for us, it was dirty and when we moved here our apartment was clean and it felt like we were in a whole other world.

Awful Do not live here. My car was severely dented in the lot. It's always cold in the winter. The windows rattle all the time and have severe gaps that allow spiders and other insects in.

Needs better manegment Washers and dryers are old and not energy or water efficient. Instead of showing some environmental consciousness, they just raise the price, and the rent. There is NO recycling.
Lease is very restrictive and current manger nitpicks about everything on it.
