Awful Do not live here. My car was severely dented in the lot. It's always cold in the winter. The windows rattle all the time and have severe gaps that allow spiders and other insects in.

Needs better manegment Washers and dryers are old and not energy or water efficient. Instead of showing some environmental consciousness, they just raise the price, and the rent. There is NO recycling.
Lease is very restrictive and current manger nitpicks about everything on it.

Has been better here. I does not appear that residents are screened properly anymore.
Cars with really loud music come and go in parking lot late at night.
People use the picnic area and just leave their trash on the ground.
You can get high on your balcony from the pot smell wafting about.
