Arlington Village

My husband and I moved into Arlington Village apartments because of the basement. We couldn't find any other apartments that are this size so we thought it would be perfect. The office staff was very friendly and then a little while after we moved in things started going downhill... the office staff changed, our basement started getting water in it EVERY time it rained and parking became crazy. As I look out my window right now there are about 10 cars parked in the grass and 15 parked on the cement but not in parking places. Once or twice a week due to parking I have to back out a one way entrance because I am trapped in. If there was an emergency, forget it! No one could get through to help. As for the water in my basement' I have called EVERY time it happens, I have threatened to not pay rent, I have told them I would call a lawyer, I have told them I would move out and they have done nothing to fix it because they can't afford it. So where in the world is my renting going'! As soon as my husband returns from Iraq we are finding a way out of here. I wouldn't reccomend this place to ANYONE.

Well, it is now Dec. 2008 and I have been here 2yrs. I have to say that Arlington Village is absolutely wonderful. Whatever has taken place has worked. The parking isn't a problem, the maintenance and management team are very customer service oriented and the floor plan is awesome! Check it out someday. You will be thrilled you did!
