I enjoy living here because it is close to WSU and my job, I lived at Mapleview and moved out due to roaches in my apartment and the management would do nothing to fix a leak . While Breckenridge is an older apartment complex, anytime I needed something fixed they are quick to resolve the issue. I do wish they could put people with pets in one building to keep the noise and smell down. The office staff is very friendly but a couple of the young girls do need to dress in a more business manner I don't want to see their boobs and butt hanging out *** the time. The manager is friendly, she was very understanding when I got laid off my job, she worked out a pay plan- most complexes would have just said too bad and kicked me out. I signed to stay for another year and while nobody wants to pay more it only went up $20.00. My only complaint is they bug you too much with the notes and c***s when the lease is coming to an end to get you to re-sign.
