I recently saw a commercial for this apartment complex on TV, please don't be tricked by this.

I lived here for 1 lease and wish that I never moved in.

THe staff was rude and semi-harassing.

The buildings were old, moldy, and apparently flamable as the complex had a building catch on fire a couple months after I moved out. I'm sure the commercial shows one of the apartments that was redone after the fire.

Never have I lived in an apartment with more bugs dirt or mold. The mold can't be healthy, if you have any desire to breathe clean air at home, don't make this place where you rest your head.

The apartment had thin walls and upon reaching the red of my lease, I was charged money to fix problems that were there when I moved in and are most likely still there.

I lived at Breckenridge for 2 years and am surprised at your review. We had no problems other than at times the loud music or the tennants with pets who refused to clean up after them, we even had a neighbor with a nasty ferret that they did not clean up after. We found the staff friendly and willing to do what ever was necessary to help. If you were "harassed" perhaps it was because you paid your rent late or broke other rules. Anyone who lives there knows the fire was due to a lightning strike so it is irresponsible of you to say it was anything else. I have a feeling you are probably a kid who had to have his parents co-sign to get in in the first place and then THEY decided not to renew your lease. If you left your apartment clean and moved out when you said you would you should not have gotten charged for anything. It is an older complex, that should have been obvious when you walked thru the place the first time. Perhaps you should move back home with your parents until you are ready to make it on your own.

If you have anything positive to say about "Breckenridge" you are either a manager, owner, or are deaf, dumb, and blind with no sense of smell ! Maybe you are from another country with horrible living conditions ????
