First they used the old "bait and switch" tactices and I am paying an "upgraded" rent for a "regular" apartment. The difference of $50 per month. Further, I have holes in many walls, water leaks all over, mildew around tub in bathroom, windows that look like they will fall out any minutes, used-filthy carpet, etc, etc. For five years I have been pointing all this out and nothing has ever gotten done. I have had it and on my last lease. Also, how do you all like the "common" electric charge now showing up on the "water,trash bill" as well as the "admin charge" they are charging us for sending us our "water,trash, common electric bill". This is a totally unhealthy apartment complex. Management over the years have been totally non-responsive. The Conner Group has much to learn about managing apartments. Quite honestly I don't know how you lived there that long. They also used the "Bait & Switch" tactic on me. My advise...document, document, document with pics and videos. Also, get the courts/building inspector involved.
