I have lived here for just about a year and the bathrooms were not clean when we moved in and when you try and clean them the mold resists every cleaning product. I feel like the bathroom is going to eat me oneday. Our sliding glass door would not lock when we moved in so we called the office and they never came so we had our dads come out and fix it, and three months later we found a sign on our door saying they had been in our apt. we called the office to see why they had come in to our apt, they told us that they were in to fix our door. we asked why and they said we had asked them to but that was three months ago and our dads had fixed it already!
We live on the third floor and the smells from the apartments below us come up through the vents in the laundry room and the rooms, and the people below us smoked.
Also when we moved in our fridge did not work so we called the office and they sent a guy out to refill it with freon, which it just kept leaking! so they finally gave us a new fridge, and one day we went to open the door and the door just fell off completely.
We have very noisy people who live below us and we have called the office more than 5 times to complain about them and they have done nothing about it, nor have they contacted us to ask to tell us that they are going to try and do anything about them.

People need to get the Courts & Green County Building Inspector involved as I did ! This complex should be condemmed ! Glad I'm out of that dump !
