Do not rent from this complex. The property manager (Sondra) is a witch in disguise and will smile in your face and talk about you any way she wants, unprofessional staff including the other person Angel. There has been a bed bug problem, felonies living in the complex, drug dealing on the premises, non supervised kids in the swimming pool, maintenance is the worst, can take months for them to complete the work and it is terrible. People are moving out in swarms due to some of the issues just mentioned. The grounds are in terrible shape, dumpsters are always overflowing and lots of apartments have ten plus people living in them. Do not complain to the office cause nothing will be done. Bottom line is DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please run and do not stop to even look at this place. I am moving and glad to be doing just so. Please do your investigation before you even think about moving in here. Heartland includes the common area in each building, dumpster and even taking care supposedly the pest problem around the complex. Be pepared to clean before you move in because the apartments are awful, with mold problem, windows leaking and constant problems with air conditioner problems. The Breckenridge apartment is the worst apartment complex and folks are moving out and even skipping because of numerous problems.

For those of you who are reading this "after the fact" there are laws in place that protect us and you have rights. Just go online and search "Landlord/Tenant Rights." There is an abundance of helpful information out there including escrowing your rent with the courts.

I know from personal experience that the comment you made is accurate; this is why we are moving as soon as possible. The apartment complex was nice when Jay and Natalie were working in the office but now it is terrible with the office staff now. The maintenance is terrible so do not move here, worst mistake that you can make. Everything that the person mentioned above is accurate and true so beware.
