I lived in Charterwoods for two years. I would consider them very nice compared to the surrounding apartment communities. The quality was very nice, I never had problems with noise from other neighbors - not too many college students live here because the rent is more expensive. The apartment complex was always very clean and peaceful. They have a beautiful walking path around the lake and through the woods. If you do not have a washer/dryer they have about 20 on-site, so it is very convenient. Whenever I had a maintenance issue the staff was very quick to send someone to fix the problem. I would definitely live here again!
