Great location. Just minutes from Fairfield Commons Mall, WPAFB, Wright State University, and I-675. Staff is friendly. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. Apartments were built in 1960. The construction is poor for noise reduction between apartments. One parking spot per apartment. Other tenants and tenants friends often disregard parking rules. However, a towing company is available. Car stereos are in fact stolen occasionally. Decency of the neighborhood and tenants seems to be declining. Tenants are high turn-over college students, small families, and military. Very small deposit. All in all an okay place to live IF you have considerate neighbors.
