I thought Mapleview was a nice little complex. The maintenance staff was great and came out to fix any problem I had the same day I called (usually just clogged drains). The office staff was always friendly and helpful, and the grounds looked nice. If you are at the AF base, ask about their special. I didn't have to pay a security deposit. I also enjoyed having the option to paint my walls. It helped make the place my home.

I did find myself frustrated with the college kids. Parties could get loud and one morning I found shaving cream all over my door. But parties didn't get out of hand every night, or even every weekend.

Also, they advertise several laundry rooms on the property but they don't tell you that each laundry room has only 2 washers and dryers. Not a big deal, but be prepared to wait or find another laundry room if someone else does their laundry at the same time you do.

Overall, I really liked the place. I only moved out because I had the opportunity to save money by moving in with a friend.
