When I first moved into MapleView, my dishwasher panel was not attached, the door to my pantry was not attached either, and the doors to the closet were broken. It was a horrible apartment. There was mold all over the bathroom, and also the job that the apartments did with fixing holes in walls from previous tenants sucked because now the spackle is coming off and creating holes again in the walls. The air conditioner doesn't work, and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the apartments connected to yours. Also people break into your cars and apartments and the staff says nothing about it! So if you want a cheap apartment, go for maple view... but if you want to be safe pay more.
