I lived in Mapleview for 3 years while I attended WSU. Most of my neighbors were college students, so for me it was cool. However, if you don't like noise, then this is not the place for you because college students have parties all the time. Maintenance was usually timely and responsive. The management threw parties often for residents in celebration of holidays and other events. The only complaint I have is that when it snowed, it took them forever to shovel the walkways and then it wasn't a good job. And forget about the parking lot, they don't do that at all. But luckly while I was there we only had 1 huge snow storm.
