Well Mapleview is my first apartment me and my friend split the rent/utilities. But the first apartment we picked to stay in got sold so we had to wait to move in at a later time. I don't understand why I can hear the people talking and walking around upstairs and the people talking through the walls that live on the other side of the apartment it can get annoying sometimes. And also every since we moved in here we have been killing big giant spiders but it's mainly because we live by the woods. And we happen to live right by the Clubhouse so it can get annoying when I'm trying to study and I hear them partying. The staff is very nice, the maintenance guys come when you call them and parking is fine were I stay.

CALLING OUT TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO LEFT REVIEWS ABOUT THE MAINTENANCE GUYS JUST WALKING INTO APARTMENTS. READ THE CONTRACT BETTER BECAUSE IT SAYS THAT STAFF CAN COME INTO YOUR APARTMENT ANYTIME, WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. BUT MOST OF THE TIME THEY WILL WARN YOU OR ASK YOU IF ITS OK IF THEY COME IN IF YOUR NOT HOME AND IF YOU ARE HOME YOU SHOULD BE EXCEPTING THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL STILL TELL YOU THEIR COMING. BUT THE CONTRACT SAY'S THEY CAN COME IN ANYTIME.
Anyway's to sum it all up they put the water bill with the rent now so we have to have the rent and water bill together on rent day or rent don't get payed.
This is just a first apartment live here into you can afford better deal with me because it's not to bad and it ain't all that great either, you get what you pay for like they all say.
