I have lived in Maple View with my fiance for 6 months. Within that time I was stalked home, our bike stolen, and someone shattered my car window and stole my CD player and MP3 player. I feel extremely unsafe. It's noisy, I can hear our upstairs neighbors fighting constantly. I found weed, yes...drugs...growing outside our apartment door. We had them destroyed, but by the scent and beer cans and bottles that littler the parking lot it is apparent this complex is unsuitable for children... or people... The parking lot, as unsafe as it is, does have plenty of room, thankfully. But the inside of the apartment is small and bland. The door doesn't shut all the way the way, cold air leaks out and cold air leaks in, depending on the season. Expect to call maintenance several times for the same problem. If you like small "cozy" places, this is the place for you. The kitchen in like a closet and for those lucky enough to have washer dryer hook ups, there is little room to actually put them in. Overall...not the best place...Wish we saw these reviews before we signed a lease... 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
