when i first moved here i thought i found the place of my dreams.....what a nightmare it turned out to be, first of all these people rent to colledge kids, even worse they mix them in with people who work alot of hours and are over 55 . As you can imagion not a good idea, there's alot of parties , loud unruly tenants who no matter how many times u call management they ignore the issue. finally called Fairborn police in who made sure it didn't happen again. Then we have the issue of tenants who allow there dogs to run loose and poop all over the complex without picking it up, mind you i have a dog and always pick up after it. You think they address the tenants that actually are responsible for the issue. noooo! they put notices on everyone's door instead threating to require us to remove our dog's if they don't start picking up after them, like hell you are !!! i signed my lease with agreement that includes my dog. if you going to do that then you are effectively making your lease null and void. second you should not be punishing those that do pickup there waste on a daily basis because these people are too lazy to do whats right. forget calling the office about any maintence issues, it either gets lost or it becomes the most famous saying in the world" that's the first time i have heard of it!" i can't tell you how many times it's been said. omg! don't call up yelling at the imcompedant staff either, because you live in a dictatorship that won't allow freedom of speech. i truly don't care if they like it , i am paying your god forsaken salary and i will call up and blast u off if necessary regaurdless!!!! further the maintence staff here have alot to deal with, i realize they are under staffed and underfunded , only thing they need to improve on is clearing snow and ice completely. and holding the office staff accountable when they dont report maintence issues when called in. also they need to alot more walk throughs, the entire complex has people leaving trash bags and cans on patios and porches again this is a violation of the lease, and it's not being enforced. come on S&R management you can do alot better for your tenants and improve the quality of life here . the blame solely rest with you, i hope you change for the better and soon.....i am going to stay here against my better judgement don't make me regret it.
