I have lived at Mapleview for over a year, it was okay the first year, but these last few months the management has sucked! My apartment becomes infested with ants regularly, and the office doesn't do anything. My apartment flooded due to the pipes being messed up while i was away one weekend. What a mess to come home to. the maintenance did what they could that night but it took 3 days, they tour up my apartment, I had to live in unsanitary conditions with mildew and mold, and then they didn't fix it right so it flooded again. Everytime my neighbor took a shower it ended up in my bathroom and kitchen. The compensated me $50 for my trouble, electric, time off work, my damaged items, the smell, and inconvenience. How nice of them.
There are people in your apartment at random times. They'll give you "24 hr notices" but they've been in there other times when I've been home from work and they knock and start coming in to "check something or other."


It's quite a disappointment to be a good tenant, pay on time, take care of my pet, clean up after it, and not cause problems, but they didn't care. They will screw you over.
Don't live here, it's not worth your time. I can't wait to move!!!! I'll NEVER recommend Mapleview to anyone!
