Mapleview is actually not that bad of a place to stay. You just have to know what you are getting into. Now it is rented to college students and some of them so party kind of late so if you are planning on living here with a family and you have to get up early, don't come here. They are very understanding when it comes to your rent if you are having some problems. Maintenance comes when you call, everybody's nice. It's a pretty nice place to stay.
