Close to wright state...

thats the problem...

the managemnet thinks "students can pay anything and live however the management treats them" They treat you good some times and not so good most of the times.

Sometimes they talk such a way you dont have a choice and the manager is the ultimatum.

They have a stupid policy on parking that doesn't make a sence.

Appartments are 35 years old.....

you can hear wood creeking noice when some one downstairs have a party...Laundry sucks....

Management sucks, Maintanance sucks.....

If you choose these appartments...

everything sucks......
