I moved in about 2 months ago and have not had any problems yet. They make you jump through hoops to get in, but I've found it to be worthwhile. My neighbors are polite and quiet, and the staff did a pretty quick job of clearing the snow off the walkway. I'm being very careful around here, though. The late fee is $150.
