Red Deer is a great place to live. First off, the price is very affordable. The apartment buildings and interiors are fairly old and worn, but clean. No problems with roaches or anything. It's also a very quiet neighborhood. Only one story apartments, so no one stomping around above you. Also, the walls do a decent job of reducing the noise from whoever is next to you. Plenty of parking available. Overall, I would recommend this complex to anyone. The office staff are very friendly and easy to contact.

They need to upgrade these apartments. They are definitely not efficient. Old frig, stove, heating & air units

Yea, can't say you're wrong. But for a $390 a month studio, can't expect too much.
