Wow, I've never seen people do a 180 so fast. The leasing agents are so nice and helpful when you move in, but they are absolutely worthless once they get you. They have terrible customer service.
We've called the manager, TERRY several times and he always says he'll "Call back" to fix our problems. WE never get a call from him. It's been two months now and no problem has been resolved.
They also promise $300 referral bonuses that they never pay.
They don't plow the snow for you when you get 20 inches and the last thing on their mind is making you happy. Stay away! Don't let the ruse of your initial contact fool you'
