I have never had a problem at Channingway. The staff is awesome and always helpful. I have read so many bad reviews on this site. Maybe these people write such bad reviews because they don't take the time to read their lease paperwork! How hard can it be. If your educated, why don't you understand. I have always had my maintenance done on time. I was treated with respect by all members of the staff, not like other communities where they thought they were too good! I recommend this place to all people looking for a great inexpensive place to call home. And for the last person who left a bad rating, Learn how to speak English!
