Beautiful Channingway!

Channingway is a beautiful place to live. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury affordable apartment. Channingway is close to WPAFB and shopping, but far enough away from the congestion. I have lived in Phase II of Channingway for 1 year now. I have a beautiful view of the pond and fountain. The management staff is always on top of things. I had to call in a work order for my air conditioner last year and maintenance was out to my apartment within 10 minutes. I have not had any problems with my a/c since.
