AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE!!

We have lived at Channingway for 7 months now and have had no major issues. The office and maintenance staff is very helpful in accomadating our needs. Channingway is in a great location and is very quiet/safe day and night. There was an issue with teenagers breaking into the pool in the Reserve (2nd pool) in the middle of the night but the on call manager and the Fairborn Police Department came out and all the teenagers were arrested! We have had no problems since. Channingway is a beautiful property, they have very open floorplans and I would recommend it to anyone!
