Don't park in the parking lot without a highlands parking pass. There is a parking lot attendant who is a real ******. He lives to put a boot on your vehicle and no amount of pleading will stop him. It will cost anyone who has a boot on their car $60 to have him take it off. I helped one of my fellow residents move one day and many of her friends came over to help. There were many parking spaces available and the individuals who drove over and parked in the lot all got a boot within minutes of parking and walking to the door. When we called the attendant he demanded the money and we almost came to blows, but we eventually paid. I went to management the next day to ask if I some of the individuals could be reimbursed and the customer service rep told me that they didn't want to alienate their sub-contractor. I guess they would rather alienate their customers.

Stay away from these Nazis!

I was a visitor at the highlands and got my car towed, Dealing with the towing company was a pleasure even though I was pissed I was towed and had attitude with him. Please check with your company when going there to vivit, My friend failed to inform me of the off street parking and visitor spots. (but he paid my tow bill).

They dont' boot anymore they just towe. If you lived here you wouldn't mind. I don't like having to park far away from my apartment because you are visiting my neighbor.
