This is your basis apartment, nothing WOW about it. When you couple that with a ridiculous parking policy and a rude tow truck company you get a place that you don't neccarily like. Then the nieghbors are rude. I would consider living in another apartment in this complex, but because of the tow truck company they have lost a resident.

I thought the tow company was pleasant to deal with.. I understand that it is their job and don't take it personal. I love my apartment and the tow guy.

No towe company is pleasant to deal with, but I do like being able to park in front of my apartment.

I live in these apartment for over three year never had a problem until I had my car towed. It was a new car, I should have parked in the overflow area.I had a very unpleasant experience. The row truck people were very nasty when I tried to get my car back. They way they push me telling I wasn't going to get my car back was uncalled for it even got to the point were they wanted to call the police on me, It was a nightmare experience. However, I sill like the apartments because of the space.
