Me and my girlfriend live in a 1 bedroom apartment here. When we moved in there were a few maintenance issues that were resolved relatively quickly. The apartment itself is not too small giving that it is only a 1 bedroom apartment. They offer a lot. Pool, tennis courts, cardio room, and a weight room. Yearly maintenance checks (which is only the air filter and smoke alarm). And I've never had a real problem with the management here and the price does not seem to be horribly high. HOWEVER, the parking is terrible if you do not own a parking pass which they only gave 1 to my girlfriend because there is only 1 name on the lease. And, the towing company loves to come in and tow cars away that are not in less than obviously marked spots known as "overflow" parking spots. One of the treadmills are broke, a 2 of the machienes in the weight room are either broke or in need of a minor repair. They do not keep people from other apartment off of their tennis courts. They only allow 1 pet (even though we have 2 cats without their knowledge). And they are very vague on how to opperate the "Alarm System" that looks like it's out of the 70'. But the parking is still the most horrible part. Oh, and they do have an outside storage unit that I thought was pretty cool and useful to boot. I think as a young couple this is a overall good place to live and i would recommend it to anyone but i would also let them know about the problems and let them weigh their options.

Hey they let you have two cats! They do have to be registered at the office thought. If your on the lease they will give you a parking pass. If your not on the lease then you probably are not suppose to be living there. I do agree parking is a bit difficult but i do understand why they do it. I have lived here for 4 years and I have seen the office staff ask people to leave the pool and basket-ball courts so im sure they take care of the tennis court as well. Im not sure cause I don't play tennis, but I can't imagine they would monitor the others areas but not them.I do agree it is a great place to live.

Lived her from Lived here from April 1, 2003 till October 2, 2009. I do agree that cars that are not in the Overflow spots wilo get towed. This was because wright State students used to park there and the residents clouldn't park due to there being no parking spaces. The maintenance straff there is second to none, the best I've ever delt with. The rooms are of a nice size, office staff is pleasant. If I didn't have to move (due to an unfortunate situation involving an evil, scheming woman), I would still be living there.
