| Poor parking situation ,they will tow your visitor's car away and make you pay to get it back . There is a constant problem with roaches . | ||||||||||||

| I have lived here for 3 years and have not had one complaint! The Highlands has a lot to offer: pool, banquet room, fitness rooms. I recommend The Highlands to anyone. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. | ||||||||||||
