I rented an apartment there because it was the only place I could find that was furnished and had a 3 month lease at the price I could afford. At first the owners would not return my deposit because I left without giving a 30 day notice. As a matter of fact, they charged me an extra months rent and $50 for cleaning the carpet. Since I had not signed a lease and the previous manager left, they were unaware that I was only there for 3 months. In the end I received my deposit back in full. The apartment met my temporary need quite adequately.
