In the short ammount of time I lived here I had plenty of problems! the second month I lived here a car blew up in the parking lot. I am not kidding either, everyone had to evacuate the building in the middle of the night in case the building caugt on fire. I am pretty sure it was an act of vandalism, because cars just dont blow up in the middle of the night for no good reason. I lived on the third floor and I could clearly hear peoples conversations in the parking lot through my bedroom window when it was closed. I had to call in 6 work orders to fix my shower because the water wouldnt shut off because of the crappy fixtures they use heere. Maintenance staff was pretty good about taking care of things in a timely manner, its not there fault they are given cheap supplies. I am military and when I came down on orders I tried to give a thirty day notice like their policy states, but they held me until the date of my orders which was 90 days later. So dont expect early reporting if you are PCSing. All in all this place is a ---- hole I recommend everyone to avoid this place at all costs.
