It's OK...but maintenance issues

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
Lived here for 3 years. It's ok..the parking and noise level have been reasonable. However, since management changed the maintenance service has become HORRIBLE. I have had to call several times to get someone to show up, they leave trash lying around the apartment from what they fix, they don't clear the steps of snow and ice in the winter.
There is also a severe wood bee problem here in the spring/summer time. They do spray every year, but it never seems to help. Forget about enjoying your porch/balcony.
