Have lived at univeersity woods from Jan 08 till the present. Had tons of maint. problems and they don't get fixed right. Sometimes they would not show up to fix things then they would come in the next day when I was not home to fix it. Toilet has been looked at 4 times and still does not flush. Refrigerator is on its last leg. Furnace broke. AC is loud. Dishwasher makes dishes dirtier than when you put them in. Garbage disposal is loud and does not work properly. Can hear the neighbors all the time. They have two dogs that crap in our yard even though they are only to have one dog per the lease. After renting for a year they raised the rent and stated we could go month to month after one year for an additional 100 bucks a month.
