IT sucks!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
I lived there for 4 years from 1999 to 2003, the first two years a lived in one appartment, then the AC disnt work and the sweage pipes broke and I have to move, then for the last two years I was vandalized 2 times, my car and my appartment, it is very unsafe. Its been 4 months since I move and I have not received my security deposit!!!!
