I have lived here for the past 3 years. I started in a 2 bedroom apartment, then we wanted more room, so we moved to a 2 bedroom townhouse. The rent is a little on the high side, but I have never had a problem getting things fixed in the apartment. Our sink sprung a few leaks (in different places in different times) and maintenance was sent over very quickly. I never have a problem with the office staff returning my calls, and they are always pleasant to talk to. Regarding other's comments, yes there are speed bumps, but if you slowed down over them like they are meant to be, they are ok. And the kids that play in the middle of the street..I have personally heard management tell the kids to stay out of the street or to move off to the side whenever they see a car come around, but the kids do not listen, that's a parental problem, not the office's problem to control the children. The complex has a play area for the kids, but the kids decide not to play there.
