Dirty and Unhealthy!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The place was very nice about a year and half ago, but today's Woodsfield apartments are gone down the hill. Management totally ignores every concern, and suggestion. Stairways and hallways are dirty. During the winter time, no-one have bothered to clean the snow on the walkways between apartments. And there were no salt or any other substance to keep people safe on the walkways. And so on...
