Alliance has been the very worse Mangement company we have ever rented under. Woodsfield Apartment although an older community had been well kept. Since ownership changed to Alliance the properity has fallen. We have rented at Woodsfield since January 1989. At that time the community was called Fair Meadows. It had a very home like atmosphere plus all the amenities. Two pools have always been a selling point and still is today.
1) But guess what, these owners LIE!!!! Last year the pool broke. They have absolutely no intention of fixing it but yet they keep renting using that as a selling point.

2) Basketball courts - a place for the drug dealers to hang out.

3) Housekeeping services - Filthy - housekeeping, that's a joke or maybe a misprint

4) Residents' LOUNGE'''' Where is it - we've been here over 15 years no one ever told me I had a place to lounge UNLESS of course they would be referring to the Clubhouse in which you have to pay $100.00 in advance to use and upon cleaning it will receive $50.00 of your hard earned money back. When we moved in it was free, and just as nice as it is now. Yes they bought furniture and painted but who doesn't have 15 years.

5) On-Site Maintenance - When we moved in the maintenance was fully staffed. How not only have they went from several maintance men, painters, ground keepers....they have no painters which would explain the terrible painting jobs-the maintance men do it, grounds are dirty-the maintance men do it, to include all the regular duties of maintance personnel. It would be no wonder people are really starting to complain.

But yet>>>>THE RENT GOES UP . CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY ACTUALLY TRIED TO CONVINCE PEOPLE BY PAYING FOR OUR WATER IT WOULD SAVE US MONEY''''''

Guess what she was looking for--an apartment-- I could have tried to sell her on Woodsfield - it would have been money in my pocket - but I would NEVER mislead another human being for the ALMIGHTY $$$ , but

And If I see a difference in teh near future I will change the comments on this, because I do like the staff, the grounds and even the apartments - but they are not in charge -this awful management company is.
